They are Swedish, the lead vocalist Adam Olenius sounds "just a tad" like Robert Smith of The Cure, and they have recently released the second single from their second album 'Our Ill Wills' which CAME OUT OVER A YEAR AGO (go figure!). It's nice enough. Take a look and listen at 'Impossible':

For all I know, Shout Out Louds might be cheeky film buffs. However, their album title is presumably neither a nod to the general state of John McClane nor Bruce's reaction to his ex-wife's escapades with minors (well, almost).
There is no I in team, nor is it in wills. ;)
